Charities that spend close to 80% (Wow) on administration and fundraising activities need to be questioned. Those individuals involved need to be investigated. It just doesn't seem logical that millions are collected but the Foundation is no-where near starting the project.

The Foundation has requested an extension from Congress until 2015. This was never indicated on their official site www.avdlm.com (Nowhere is the extension dates to be found on this site even as of this date)
